John P. Sparkman, bloodstock editor of Thoroughbred Times, wrote an article on Pollard's Vision and Blind Luck in the December 27 edition of Thoroughbred Times Today.  In the article, Mr. Sparkman outlines Pollard's strong racing career, despite being blind in one eye, and questions how much more successful he would have been with full vision.  "The impressive victory of Pollard's Vision's first-crop daughter Blind Luck in the Hollywood Starlet Stakes (G1) on December 20 may indicate that breeders have been getting a Grade 1 horse for a Grade 2 price."
